The Waste-To-Ethanol Project
Resource Recovery has continued an extensive evaluation of available processes for the production of "green" energy. Our research first led us to consider biodiesel and further research has led us to some cutting edge technology in the Waste-to-Ethanol field.
Natural Gas Project
With the development of the Marcellus Shale exploration, we have partnered with Williams Companies, Inc. to drill and extract Natural Gas. Williams is one of the largest natural gas exploration companies in the United States.
The Water Treatment Plant Project
The site will contain a Wastewater Treatment Plant that will filter and clean water used during the Waste-to-Ethanol and fracking processes.
The Railroad Access Project
RJ Corman Railroad Group will reactivate rail service to the Resource Recovery property using existing rail beds.
The Quarry Project
HRI, Inc. will be our partner for the quarry aspect of this project. Through extensive test drilling and evaluation, initial reporting determined there to be a sandstone formation on the project site. This sandstone, in addition to being available for use in the on-site construction, will be exported for use in construction throughout the region.
The Landfill Project
Residual material from the waste-to-ethanol process will be disposed in the landfill. The reduction of the original solid waste processed through the ethanol plant will be approximately 80%. No hazardous waste will be accepted. The landfill will be constructed and operated in full accordance with Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) regulations, and all other pertinent laws and regulations.
