E.B. Abel Jr. is the Chief Executive Officer of Resource Recovery, LLC.  Mr. Abel's strong work ethic was born during his childhood on a dairy farm in York County and reinforced during his years in the U.S. Army in the early 1960's. After leaving the Army, he entered the construction business, starting as a laborer and working his way up to superintendent before starting E.B. Abel Construction Co. and Consolidated Construction Co. In 1993, after more than two decades in Central Pennsylvania construction, he exited the businesses. That "retirement" lasted just one year. Mr. Abel's next project, in 1995, was the development of the Bulle Rock public golf complex near Havre de Grace, Md. Always dedicated to being "the best," he hired world-renowned Pete Dye to design the course, which has been ranked by Golf Digest as one of only 12 five-star golf courses in North America. More recently, after researching the dual U.S. problem of poor waste management and foreign energy dependency, he helped launch Resource Recovery LLC, with the mission of turning waste into usable energy.

Subsequent to the completion of the Idaho project, Mr. Bonfilio was involved with the startup and development of Toscana Country Club in Indian Wells, California. Mr. Bonfilio then moved on to another startup project and managed the land planning, construction, sales, marketing and club development of Rock Creek Cattle Company in Deer Lodge, Montana. RCCC was an 80,000 acre working cattle ranch. The PUD was 2,700 acres with 233 home sites. Mr. Bonfilio's real estate development background and team leadership skills are the essential qualities required to manage the current operations and coordinate future opportunities at Resource Recovery.

All of these operations were under the financial supervision of Mr. Barley.
